We are not liable or responsible for any of your valuables that come up missing. It's your responsibility to keep organized. This is a shared space. We kindly request that if you use the kitchen or any common areas, please clean up after yourself, especially if you dirty a significant number of dishes. We believe in fostering a sense of shared responsibility, so if you do create a mess, we kindly ask that you wash your dishes promptly and ensure the area is left clean for others to enjoy. *All guests must empty out their refrigerated foods and drinks before they check out. Any foods or drinks left behind will be discarded to make space for the next guest. *If you are staying more than 30 days you are responsible for buying and restocking your own amenities after 30 days of stay. This includes toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, and anything else you may need that we provide in the beginning of your stay. You should keep them in your room to avoid other guest use, but we are not responsible for restocking amenities after 30 days. *If any linens comes back damaged or stained or even missing at the end of stay. Sheets, towels, washcloths, pillows, and pillowcases. ✔There are plenty of free parking spaces located in front and around the building premises available for you to park in when you arrive for check-in.
